If the accident was caused by somebody else’s fault, it’s their obligation to not only repair or replace your vehicle, but also provide you towing, storage, and loss of use. Loss of use is typically provided by a rental car, not all the time. Sometimes, your insurance company also can provide you a rental car. At Matt & Allen, we will handle these claims, among others, and make sure that you receive the maximum recovery.
