How do I pay Matt & Allen for their legal services?

Aaron J. Allen: At Matt & Allen, there is no charge for the initial consultation. If you have a personal injury case, we will have you sign a contingency fee contract. Under the terms of that contract, if we don’t recover for you for your damages and injuries, you owe us nothing for our services. Our professional fees are paid as a percentage of the total recovery.

All telephone and office conferences or other work that we perform on the case is included in these fees. At the end of the case, whether concluded through settlement or through trial, you get a full accounting showing where every dollar in the case went. That way, we achieve customer satisfaction and there are no surprises.
