If the Law Offices of Matt & Allen represent you in a lawsuit, generally you will not have to pay for legal fees or expenses during the course of the lawsuit. We represent clients on a contingency basis in most personal injury actions. Contingency fee contracts are contingent on a successful outcome. Our firm will receive no legal fees unless it is successful in obtaining money for your injuries and damages. You pay no money up front or while the case is in litigation. If money is recovered, the Law Offices of Matt & Allen receives a percentage of the total recovery, plus the reimbursement of the costs of your case. If your lawsuit is unsuccessful, we do not get paid anything for legal fees. Legal expenses remain the responsibility of the client.
